Katie is passionate about health, fitness and helping people get a better understanding of how to fuel their bodies to thrive and reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives. She has been a part of the fitness industry for 6 years and has a personal interest in strength and conditioning. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and is an accredited sports nutritionist.

Katie’s goal as an accredited nutritionist is to help her clients get results, feel better and increase their performance. She knows that any goal is achievable if you really want it and are willing to put in the work – and she can help her clients get there. With this mindset, Katie has helped over 200+ clients reach their goals and feel great about themselves.

Katie has worked with a wide range of clients from individuals who are just starting out on their health journey to ironman athletes, strength and conditioning athletes, Crossfit and Olympic lifting athletes. She believes that everyone can benefit from understanding more about how to fuel their bodies in a way that works best for them.
