I am an accredited Nutritionist, I help individuals transform their health and mindsets, using evidence-based health & nutrition protocols. I make it simple and educate you on how to get the best out of your food for your body composition goals and fitness goals.
I work with an array of clients 1-on-1 through online consultations and nutrition coaching to help them improve their nutrition, health, and lifestyle. I also work with clients who are competing in sports such as Ironman, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, or any other form of recreational exercise.
