I am an accredited Sports Nutritionist, I help strength and conditioning individuals improve their health and performance, using evidence-based sports nutrition protocols. I make it simple and educate you on how to get the best out of your food for your body composition goals and fitness goals.

I work with clients 1-on-1 through online consultations and nutrition coaching to help them improve their nutrition for training and competition in sports such as Ironman, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit or any other form of recreational exercise.
